I had a hard night yesterday. I could neither sleep nor study. Now, Im in the exam hall and the exam questions all look like 0 and 1 to me. But still Im answering. I don know what Im writing. I wonder, if Ill be able to get a 4 even after including all the eca (extra curricular activities) marks.

After the exam when I was walking down the hallway, I saw girls smiling and blushing, I wondered why . Exactly at that moment Naina, an Indian girl, who takes Professor Steves political science class with me, walked towards me and said, ”Babe!! Did you hear it? ” I surprisingly said, ”What? ” ”R is going to get married and he is going to ask all the girls until one says yes to him ”. Now I understand why all of them are blushing . ”Who told you that? ” I asked without showing any reaction. ”I heard from Emili ”. ”Oh OK, ” I left from there without saying any other words. ”Aren going to political science class today? Mr. Steve will be angry, ” Naina screamed as I walked away.

I was going to Emili when I saw senior sister Bella, from the twilight couple. Well, She and her fiance Edward are from law school. I met them 4 months ago in one of the case study class. She sat next to me. Well, since her name is Bella and her fiance is called Edward thats why most of people call them the twilight couple cuz they have the same names as the main leads of Twilight Saga series. They have story behind them too.

But Ill tell that some other day.

She waved at me before I could wave at her. As she came closer to me she said, ”Congratulations, I heard you are getting married. ” I stared at her, hearing her congratulate me. I couldn understand why she was congratulating me. ”Sorry, I meant I heard, upperclassmen senior Raidan asked you to marry him ”, she said clearing her statement. ”Ooh…. Yeah he did. But how did you know about this? ” ”Your father told me…. I mean, he told me who takes you as a daughter. ” ”Umm…. Professor Kim? ” I asked as soon as I thought of him. ”Yeah him. ” ”He knows about it? But how? Do you think Raidan told him? ” I asked her as I knew that she is one of my well wishers. ”Raidan… Well, honestly I don think upperclassmen senior Raidan would be such a busybody to tell Professor Kim about it ”, she said making it reasonable to believe.

”First of all, he is younger than you so stop calling him senior and second, I also think that he wouldn do it. ” I said.

”Sorry sweetheart but this university has some rules. And as he is my senior in my course so I must pay respect to him, ” she said making clear why she can casually address him.

”But, technically he is not your senior in your main course. He is your senior in your elective course. So, its okay if you address him casually. Cause, if I were to behave as per your logic then Ill have to call him senior all the time. ” I said making my point. Sister Bellas main course is law. And her elective course is Philosophy. Raidan is a 3rd year student of philosophy but Bella and Edward are of 1st year. So, I guess she pays him respect in that sense.

”You are talking as if you call him by his name all the time. Don you also address him as captain? ” She said with a grin. ”You sure are a student of law. You know where to shot. ” I said being pretending to be sentimental. ”So, soon to be Mrs. R, if Im not wrong its time for your political science class right? ” ”Yeah but since Ive completed this lesson before so I won attend the class today. Im thinking of going to….. to….. English literature. I had missed the Romeo part last time. Ill make up for it today, ” I said taking a deep breath. ” ”All right. Since I don have any class right now, Ill join you. ” Sister Bella said with a smile. ”Ok, I can take you along with me only if you don bring law in every single scene of the story. ” ”Of course I won . Im not a freak. ” She said with guaranty.

The class ended as Professor Lory explained us the last part, where Juliet had died. Sister Bella had a class. So she had to go . She was about to leave after congratulating me once again but she stopped when I told her not to congratulate me cause I hadn said yes to him yet.

”You seriously haven said yes ?Are you kidding me? ” She asked being astonished. ”Yeah I didn . I was too shocked to say anything at that time, ” I explained why I couldn reply to him.

”Oh, but youll say yes right? ”

”I don know. ”

”I know youll, ” she said making it sound like she was sure about my answer.

”Why do you think so? ” I asked her, staring at her.

”Cause you love him. ” My face fell pale. She continued, Seeing me looking at her in shock. ”Wondering how I know? Come on, its written all over your face that you love him. And most importantly, the way you look at him, says it all. ”

”Really? Is it that evident? ” I said touching all over my face. ”Yeah it is. But listen, don get carried away too much. Remember to exercise your right, since its not really a type of love marriage, ” she said, asking me to be careful.

”Rights? ” I asked her completely not being able to get her point. ”You know, the rights that protect us. But you should use these rights to protect your future. What if he divorces you a few years later? ” ”You are right. Thank you for warning me, ” I said with a smile big enough to express my gratitude.

”Mention not. I gotta go now. See you later. ” She left waving goodbye at me. Its lunch time now. I usually have lunch with the girls. But today Im too afraid to see them. Actually Im more afraid of meeting with Raidan than meeting with them .

Cause Ive got no idea about what Im going to say to Raidan, when I see him.

I guess Ill have to go to the public canteen today. Actually as a member of DT, we get lots of facilities. Having a private canteen for the members is just one of them. Thinking about the girls again, I can really hide from them. We live in the same house, I mean dormitory after all. I guess Ill meet them later. For now Ill go to have lunch.

As I was having lunch a few things striked me. Like what sister Bella said, Protect your rights. ”

After a lots of consideration I thought of doing something. And I planned to work on it right after lunch but… like they say, fools rush in where angels fear to tread. Just like that, that thing happened what I was fearing the most. Professor Bailey called for a meeting in the club of DT. And everyone had to be present there. So, I didn have any other option but going there.

I saw Raidan as soon as I entered. He was arranging a few documents. You know, I am not sure if its fate or what! But ever since I joined the team my place has always been the spot next to him, be it in the club or in the classroom or in the car or the canteen. Even though I felt great about it before but today, I feel uncomfortable.

However I still sat on the spot next to him .

Professor Bailey is the professor of criminology department. Today, through this meeting he wanted to brief us about a new case, that few of us are going to handle. And others will be sharing opinion and notable points.

After the professor left I was packing my laptop , pens and other stuff that I had used a while ago, at that time Raidan talked with me. ”How was your exam today? ” ”Im assuming good ”, I replied with a smile.

”Thats good. Umm… whats your next exam? ” ”English literature ”.

”Ok, Ill see you on Monday. ”

I somehow managed to avoid the girls. They went to see a film. But since Ive already had something on my mind, so I passed. And after coming to the dorm I started working right on it.
