After about half an hour, a little black dot appeared in Duan Ling Tian’s line of vision.
He speculated inwardly, ‘It’s a city! It must be the Bloody Specter City!’ It did not take long for his speculation to be proven right.

Duan Ling Tian continued following Wang Wei and the group of people toward the little black dot.
The black dot continued to grow larger and larger before revealing itself as a city that looked like a giant beast.
The wall around the city was constructed from blood-red bricks, making it look as though it was drenched in blood.

Wang Wei who had been quiet throughout the journey suddenly stopped in his tracks before turning to look at the group of newly-ascended Celestials.
He began to explain, “The city in front of us is called the Bloody Specter City.
The camp I’m taking you to is the Silverwyrm Army’s camp.
It’s one of the two troops in this city.
Our Lord Commander reports directly to the City Governor.
We won’t be entering the city, we’ll be heading to the camp that’s located away from the city.” After he finished speaking, he began to lead the group in the northeast direction.

Although Duan Ling Tian was hidden among the clouds and was quite a distance away from Wang Wei, he heard Wang Wei’s words clearly since Wang Wei did not deliberately lower his voice.
After listening to Wang Wei’s words, he was assured that the city that looked like it was drenched in blood was Bloody Specter City!

Bloody Specter City was, naturally, the first city Duan Ling Tian had gone to since his arrival in the Devata Realm.
When he was outside the city, he saw many Celestials coming and going from the city.
It was bustling with activity.

Duan Ling Tian joined the crowd and entered the Bloody Specter City.
He looked like a travel-weary Celestial and was looking for a place to rest in the city.
As soon as he entered the city, he began to look around.
After all, this was the first city he had seen since his ascension.
He planned to familiarize himself with the city.

After wandering around the city for about half a day, Duan Ling Tian somehow arrived on a street that was lined with stalls.
He heard a stall owner saying, “Sir, I originally plan to sell this Mystical Autumn Grass for 12 pieces of Primitive Celestial Stones.

However, he had never seen Celestial Stones before.
This was his first time seeing Celestial Stones.

Duan Ling Tian looked into the Spatial Ring he obtained from the Centurion of the Silverwyrm Army whom he had killed.
‘So these are Celestial Stones? There are quite a lot of them in this Spatial Ring.’ He had claimed the Spatial Ring as his own after dripping his blood on it.

Apart from Celestial Stones, there were also a sword and saber in the Spatial Ring.
They were the Celestial Weapons of the two Centurions of the Silverwyrm Army.
He discovered the Celestial Stones were divided into two piles.
The one with more Celestial Stones were lighter in color while the smaller pile had darker colors.
Based on the transaction he witnessed earlier, he could tell the bigger pile of stones with lighter colors was the Primitive Celestial Stones.

Duan Ling Tian thought to himself, ‘I didn’t think I’d have any currency to trade for things in the Devata Realm.
I didn’t think it would be convenient to go to a restaurant to listen for information if that’s the case.
Fortunately, the centurion I killed possessed quite many Celestial Stones.” As he thought to himself, he entered a relatively busy restaurant that he had passed by earlier and sat before an empty table.
