”Im not a fugitive, Julia! ”

Troy stopped only a few centimetres away from Julia.

He never took his eyes off her.

He was trying to let her know that he wasn scared of the law.

”Oh, really? ” entered Julia. ”They are gonna look for you everywhere. Do you think you can hide from the after Killing two innocent guards? ”

She sneered at him.

”How long are you going to hide, Troy? Till eternity right? ”

She mocked him.

Troy had some other plans to counter her mockery.

”Do you think thats gonna make me scared? How sad!

”You need to come up with something scarier than these, ” he told her.

Then came a contemptible smile.

As Julia watched, he came even closer to her and was about to touch her.

She could either stop him from touching her or she could allow her to go on. she had to make a quick decision as soon as possible.

”Don touch me! ” she said.

But it was too late!

His hands were already resting at each edge of her shoulders.

”Poor Julia!

You don have to worry, its not gonna hurt. ”

His contentious smile lingered as he spoke.

He was not too kind with his touch. He squeezed gently each edge of her shoulders.

There was nothing Julia could do but exercise some patience and pray that somehow, the Alpha backs off. But, was that going to happen anytime soon?

”What in the hell do you want from me this time? ”

She queried as usual.

Julia had no idea what Alpha Troy needed at the moment. In their previous encounters, the topic of making her his mate has always dominated their discussion. But that was not happening now.

The Troy standing dangerously right in front of her was different.

He was yet to bring up that topic in an intensive way as usual. But, Troy seemed not to be thinking towards that direction.

She wondered if he was going to harm him for calling him a Fugitive.

”Hahahahaha…., ” he laughed shortly and continued. ”You never cease to amaze me, Julia! ”

”How? ” the Omega asked in confusion.

It must have been a great relief to see him laugh again.

Maybe, she was safe after all, although she has no clue about his real intention yet at the moment.

Troy moved three steps backwards. In that way, he was able to create a meter distance between them.

Next, he pointed in the direction of the hospital which Julia had escaped from.

While still pointing, he took a glance at her, only to catch her glaring at him.

”Why are you looking at me like that, Julia huh? ”

He looked in the direction of the hospital again and continued.

”You and I had something in common tonight. Don even dare to deny it! ”

He smiled mischievously. In that way, he got her hooked.

Julia was anxious to learn exactly the point Troy was about to make. She never said a word to interrupt him. She listened and let him continue.

”You are not going to say any word, are you? ”

He moved closer to her again.

This time, he did not place his two hands on her shoulders. Instead, he held her hands but not without resistance from her.

”Don touch me!

Why are you touching me? ”

Began the Omega.

It was too late. There was little she could do.

Her powers were no match for the Alpha wolf.

Troy pulled her with a greater force thereby, forcing her into submission.

She gave up and let him hold one of her hands.

”I thought so! ” said Troy as he smiled with his ego high.

”Remember earlier on, you called me a Fugitive. Well, it turns out, we are not different when it comes to differentiating who is a fugitive and who is not! ”

”What do you mean? ”

Asked Julia as she tried to free her hand from his grip.

It wasn going to happen as Troy quickly crushed her effort and compelled her into the previous condition.

”You don want to put me to the test, do you? ”

He raised both of their hands to show her what he meant by not wanting to tempt him.

”Look over there, Julia! ”

He made her look in the direction of the hospital.

”Could you tell what just happened not long ago? ”

He sneered at him.

”If you could remember then my assumption is correct. We are not different. We are birds of the same feather! ”

Declared Troy with a jubilant tone amid his taunt for Julia.

Julia thought to herself.

Here she was in the middle of the night, in the street. Alone with an Alpha who wouldn stop Intimidating her.

Alpha who was bent on subduing her into becoming his mate.

A nightmare she never prayed to happen!

She needed to leave because it was getting dangerous outside the world where she had no one to protect her.

Her adopted father, Alpha Kane was no more to protect her.

The thought of him made her feel sadder.

”I have no time to listen to all your gibberish!

Could please let go of my hands? ”

She requested.

She has forgotten how stubborn the Alpha right in front of her was.

There was no way Troy was ever going to give in to her plea.

His response to her plea was rather bizarre.

Instead of freeing her hands as demanded by the Omega, he tightened his grip around her.

”Earlier on, you escaped from the hospital with that son of bitch, Carl. Now, why would you escape from the doctors and nurses if you weren scared of your identity just like I was?

I tell you what, you were about how they might respond to your injuries that were fast healing, right? ”

”I don know how you got that but, let me make it clear to you, Troy. Its none of your godamn business!

Stay out of my way and let me go! ”

She demanded with a hasher voice this time.

Her hash voice may not change anything.

Troy did not appear like he was ready to let go of her.

He emphasised the claim he had made.

”That made us both Fugitives.

We are both birds of the same feather, Julia! ”

He let go of her hands.

Next, he pushed her away from him with great force.

She fell hard on the ground after getting pushed away from him.
