I threw my sword and shield up in the air as I struck a victory pose.

“Ah, Goodness.
The goblin fights might become a habit.”

The sense of fulfillment I get from these fights is amazing, it might be because I’m fighting such a strong opponent solo.
Landing those two big skills and finishing it off, it was so satisfying.

The door to the boss room opened and she walked in with a cup in her hands, it seemed like she had prepared a drink for me.

A drink after a boss fight is the best.”

Cold barley tea, for some reason it was really delicious.
After I finished drinking I noticed that Hannah seemed to be fidgeting.

This was a big two handed sword that the rare boss had been swinging around in one hand, it was definitely a top class weapon among the intermediate tier dungeon equipment groups.
Unfortunately noone in our guild is able to use it.
Technically either Ester or I could use it but Ester is set up for thrusts and stabs while I use a sword.
But we should probably save it because one of our future guild members might be able to use it, after all it can be used all the way up to the intermediate level lower tier dungeons.

“Alright, it’s my turn next.
I wonder what I’ll get.”

Filled with excitement I opened the chest and what came out was a whistle.

“It’s a rare monster whistle!!!!”

Did the emperor just want a rematch with me? Let’s do it again then! I promise to come have rematch again when I have free time again.

“We’re out of time today so, why don’t we head back?”

It was already around noon, so we collected the drops and decided to return.
