Mr. Arrogant CEO’s Fiesty Beauty

The sunlight pierced through the thin curtains. Luo Yuan slowly opened his eyes. His eyelids felt extremely heavy. He slowly pushed them open and squinted his eyes trying to adjust to the brightness of the room. He then rubbed his eyes. He slowly sat up and looked around the room to recognize where he was. His jacket was on the couch near the bed, his shoes and socks were beside the nightstand. And most importantly the fact that he was not in his room but in a hotel.

”Why did I even drink last night? ” Luo Yuan questioned himself while massaging his temples. ”I don even remember anything from last night? ” he thought to himself.

Suddenly his phone vibrated loudly on the nightstand. He picked up his phone which was vibrating loudly.

”Hello … ” Luo Yuan said sleepily while rubbing his eyes. The person on the other line spoke.

”Mr. Luo, I have arrived at your place but you aren there yet.., ” Muchen, his secretary, asked nervously and sounded worried. Luo Yuan ran his fingers through his hair, possibly cursing himself right now.

”You go to the office, I will arrive in a minute, ” Luo Yuan said and hung up without waiting for Muchens reply.

He removed the blanket which was covering him and stood up from the bed. His head was a bit heavy because he has never been drunk before.

He walked slowly towards the bathroom.

He splashed some cold water on his face to freshen up. He looked at his reflection in the mirror. The redness on his face from the alcohol was gone and his cheeks colour was normal again.

”What the hell happened yesterday? ” Luo Yuan muttered under his breath and scratched his head. He then went outside to collect his things before leaving. As he picked up his coat a note fell on the ground. Luo Yuan bent down to pick it up. He glanced at it and frowned upon reading its content.

” Hello, as I told you I don like to own myself. So we are even from now. I ruined your suit and you ruined my night. If you want to know what happened last night. I am leaving my phone number. You can call me if you need anything. ”

Luo Yuan stared at the message. His mouth slightly parted, and his brows furrowed as he continued reading. When he finished reading the message he stuffed the paper into his pocket and proceeded to check out from the hotel. When he got out of the hotel, he hailed a cab towards his office.

Ring! Ring!

The alarm clock was ringing nonstop, trying to wake up our sleeping beauty but failed miserably. She moved her hand towards the alarm clock that was on her nightstand , and she hit the alarm with all her might. The clock was immediately silenced and stopped moving. And she covered herself with the blanket and buried her head into the pillow.

Ring! Ring!

She woke up with a jerk upon hearing the ringing. but this time it was her phone. With one eye still shut she reached for her cellphone and picked it up from beside the bed.

” Sleeping beauty, its time to wake up, ” she heard the voice of her boss in her ear.

”Xiao Xian, can you show some mercy on this poor child? she groaned and rolled her eyes at the same time.

”Its already 10:00 Am in the morning, everyone has already gone to their respective work, ” He added in his statement. ”Only you are remaining. ”

”Okay I am awake , I am awake , ” she replied and claimed defeat.

”Get ready for the live stream, ”Xiao Xian ordered. She nodded even though he couldn see her. After hanging up on him, she threw her phone on the bed and took a look around her apartment. It was a chaos zone. Everything was thrown everywhere, clothes were strewn onto the couch , chair and even on her bed. Her shoes were all over the floor. Last but not the least, her bags were everywhere. Not to forget her vanity table that was messy too.

She sighed and cursed herself after viewing her mess. She styled her hair into a quick messy bun , leaving a few strands of hair framing her face. She started to collect her clothes and put them back into her closet. After hanging clothes in her closet , she collected all her high heels from the room and organized them in the closet. Lastly she placed all her bags back in the closet. Moving towards her vanity table she wiped off all her makeup that was spilled on the table and then organized her vanity again.

”Finally done, ” she stretched her arms because she got tired from cleaning her apartment.

”Now its time for me to get ready, ” She declared with a smile and went towards the bathroom to get changed.
